This Return Policy applies to physical products purchased directly from MaoniMom — care boxes, books, and box add-ons. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms below.
1. Made to order
Every MaoniMom box is made to order, not pulled from a shelf. Because of this, we can only accept a return once we’ve confirmed the item hasn’t been used or opened.
2. Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Request it within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be completely unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
3. What you receive
Approved returns receive full store credit, not a cash refund. Credit does not expire and can be used toward any future MaoniMom purchase. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
4. How to request a return
Email us at Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number. We’ll confirm the item qualifies before you send anything back.
